The &#8220FIBA&#8221 model pays homage to the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup an international tournament for men&#8217s national teams held every four years. White leather and nubuck are prominent throughout the upper midsole and outsole of the design. Hits of University Red pop along the ankle collar branding along the tongue back heel tab and Jumpman logo on the outsole. A metallic gold Jumpman plate on the midsole and eyelets provide a stark contrast against the white leather. Chinese characters on the back heel spine translate to &#8220Love the Game.&#8221 The Air Jordan 12 &#8220FIBA&#8221 released on August 23rd 2013.
